Lisa collaborates with leaders of organizations who are focused on improving their business success through strategic discipline and employee development. With over 40 years’ experience in the areas of Training and Development, Management and Leadership Coaching, Strategy and Succession Planning, as well as Talent Management, Lisa brings a proven track record, extensive knowledge, high energy, focus, and commitment to each assignment. Lisa’s eclectic career journey began as a schoolteacher and director of not-for-profit sport and community organizations. Then entrepreneurship sparked becoming owner of a full service wellness & fitness club, and then several consulting businesses. Some of the highlights of her time in the health and fitness industry include valuable experience as a senior leader with Nubody’s and GoodLife Fitness contributed to and developing nationally recognized award-winning senior managers and sales teams, and facilitating Leadership Development Training Programs. As a Partner with Bluteau DeVenney, a Strategic Partner with Uprise Consulting, and now Owner of Lisa Tilley Consulting, Lisa is again applying her varied experience in business strategy to develop the leaders we need to support organizations who value their people development and performance.
