Lisa Tilley works with organizational leaders to drive business success through strategic discipline and employee development. With over 40 years of experience in training and development, leadership coaching, strategy and succession planning, and talent management, she brings extensive expertise, energy, and commitment to every project.
 
As a Partner with Bluteau DeVenney, a Strategic Partner with Uprise Consulting, and now Owner of Lisa Tilley Consulting, Lisa applies her broad experience in business strategy to help organizations prioritize people development and performance, driving productivity, profitability, and organizational success.

Joanne Fraser, Associate
 
Joanne Fraser has been a dedicated facilitator and trainer for 24 years, designing and delivering hundreds of workshops on leadership and team skills, coaching, meeting effectiveness, time and workload management, and personal well-being. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and groups adapt to the challenges of modern workplaces.
Joanne has worked across the public, private, non-government, and institutional sectors. She has been an associate instructor in Dalhousie University’s Certificate in Adult Education program since 1999 and previously led learning and development programs for Dalhousie employees through its Human Resources department.

Janice MacInnis, Associate
 
Janice MacInnis has over 25 years of experience in adult learning, most recently serving as Manager of Organizational Health at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In this role, she enhanced employee well-being and fostered a healthier workplace culture.
Janice promotes practices that support productive and engaging workplaces, collaborating with departments and groups to implement workplace improvement strategies. Known for her collaborative nature, she excels at forging partnerships to achieve meaningful results. She delivers presentations on a wide range of workplace topics.
