Lisa Tilley works with organizational leaders to drive business success through strategic discipline and employee development. With over 40 years of experience in training and development, leadership coaching, strategy and succession planning, and talent management, she brings extensive expertise, energy, and commitment to every project.
 
As a Partner with Bluteau DeVenney, a Strategic Partner with Uprise Consulting, and now Owner of Lisa Tilley Consulting, Lisa applies her broad experience in business strategy to help organizations prioritize people development and performance, driving productivity, profitability, and organizational success.

Kath Perry, People and Culture Lead

Kath Perry brings 30 years combined human resources, operational leadership, program and healthcare delivery experience to the team. She is passionate about helping organizations develop high performing teams grounded by solid HR policies and processes. Understanding that each organization has unique needs, she is expert in customizing solutions while leveraging learnings from a wide range of industries.

She is an experienced facilitator and trainer and has created and delivered a wide range of materials and programs to businesses in industries including but not limited to the bioeconomy, technology, healthcare, insurance, digital marketing and not-for-profits.
